Data-Driven Insights: UX Research in Action
The charts showcases some of the methodologies I've used to deliver impactful insights. The following graphs are based on actual research outcomes, demonstrating the strategic value that well-executed UX research can bring to your organization.
Post-Study System Usability Questionnaire (PSSUQ)
Designed by IBM in the 1980s, the PSSUQ evaluates how users perceive your product by measuring:
How useful users felt your product was
The quality of information your product provides
User perceptions of the interface quality
As a result, the PSSUQ helps make tasks intuitive and frustration-free, improving completion rates and minimizing support needs. The following graph provides an example of real-world results, where an increase of +33% was achieved for the product’s PSSUQ score.
Standardized User Percentile
Rank Questionnaire (SUPR-Q)
The SUPR-Q evaluates how users perceive your product in four ways:
How usable (or unusable) your product is,
How credible or trustworthy your product is,
User perceptions of your products’ appearance and,
How loyal users feel towards your product.
A high SUPR-Q score helps increase user retention and brand loyalty, inspiring users to return and recommend your brand to others. Again, using real-world outcomes as an example, we achieved an increase of +75%.
