The SUPR-Q score, which reflects overall user satisfaction and quality, jumped by 74.9%, while the task completion rate improved by 42.5%. These real numbers highlight the genuine impact of user-centered research.

My global experiences have fundamentally shaped my approach to UX research. From teaching English within the framework of Japanese business culture to adapting in diverse environments like China and Indonesia, I’ve learned to understand the nuances of different cultural and psychological contexts. This isn’t just about being culturally aware; it’s about applying that understanding to create research that’s both empathetic and actionable.

One of the most significant examples of my adaptability involved teaching neurodivergent clients in Japan. These were not just language lessons but carefully crafted lessons that required bridging cultural and psychological barriers.
